Chunky charm necklaces have been named the hottest jewelry trend this summer, with a huge +823% increase in Google searches compared to last year and a +2,000% search demand on Pinterest.
This is followed by Ear Cuffs in second place with 1,725,687 posts on Instagram and TikTok – the largest in the whole ranking and 14,800 average monthly Google searches.
According to Google search trends, summer string bracelets are a top trend this summer with a +200% increase in searches over the last three months. Both ocean and cowboy-themed jewelry have risen in interest, with jumps up to +84% and +50% over the last three months.
According to Shane Co, jewelry owners are warned to remove any pieces before applying suncream this summer to prevent a film from being applied and dulling the shine.

WEMPE UNVEILS THE LATEST ADDITION TO THEIR SIGNATURE COLLECTION WITH ULYSSE NARDIN
Global watch and jewelry retailer Wempe launches the latest iteration from their “Signature Collection” with Ulysse Nardin. The “Signature Collection” consists of a series of limited edition and exclusive timepieces made in collaboration with best-in-class watch manufactures, available only at Wempe.
The latest release with Ulysse Nardin, the Diver NET, is made from a combination of recycled high-tech materials the manufacture has been pioneering. The 44mm case is constructed from 95% recycled stainless steel, while the brancards and the case back are composed of Nylo® (60%) and Carbonium® (40%). Nylo® is a polyamide comprised of up-cycled fishing nets, while Carbonium® is a cutting-edge material with exceptional strength-to-lightness properties produced using the same carbon fibers found in state-of-the-art aircraft wings and fuselages. Carbonium® is made with offcuts from the aircraft manufacturing process and reduces its environmental impact by 40% compared to other carbon composites. From a design perspective, Carbonium® provides a marbling effect to the unidirectional rotating bezel, and the mix of materials used makes the Diver NET scratch-proof and 50% lighter than traditional diver watches, thus significantly more comfortable for the wearer.
